Pork Dinakdakan | Dinakdakan with Mayo Recipe|| Ilocano's Pride Delicacy

Dinakdakan is an Ilocano Delicacy made with Grilled Pork parts such as Pig ears, Maskara, livers and tounge.
The grilled meats are chopped into small pieces and tossed in a tangy Calamansi Juice with minced ginger, onions and mayonnaise instead of using mashed Pig brain to add creaminess.
