Pork Menudo | Filipino Style Recipe

Menudo is a typical Filipino stew composed of pork and sliced liver in a tomato sauce with carrots and potatoes.
Ingredients:
• Potato
• Carrot
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 whole onion
• Tomato paste
• bell pepper
• hotdog
• green peas
• 1/4 pork liver
• 3/4 Liempo Pork meat
• ground pepper
• cooking oil
• pork cubes
• salt
• sugar
• Dahon ng laurel
• soy sauce
