Ingredients:
500 grams pork kasim
1 medium potato (big cubes)
1 medium carrot (same size as potatoes)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1-2 pieces chorizo de bilbao
10-12 pieces whole button mushrooms (halves)
4-5 tbsp frozen green peas
1-1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
3/4 cups water
1/2-1 piece pork cube
1 1/2 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2-2 cups water (1st part)
