Do not eat the bamboo shoots directly after plucking. It's not good for health. Soak it in the water for some time or throw away the water after boil.

Eating and using too much bamboo shoot isn't good as well as it will spoil the cury, we can use only some few pieces for the taste and not for eating that much amount.
