No idea how I am only now finding this video as I have dozens of Rick Bayless videos downloaded and categorised but here I am. I tried it today and it is a great simple, yet, elegant meal. I make about 1/2 more sauce and potato because we really love the sauce. I serve it with homemade corn tortillas and some fresh veggie preparation. Another great Rick Bayless dish. Another thing to note is that this can be made with pork tenderloin for less than $4/serving - that is impressive.
