It is not the lack of intention to ban porn, they simply learned it the hard way that they can’t ban porn. Just like some years ago, people thought they can put a ban on piracy and ban torrent forever. Lot of powerful people and big companies came together to make this thing happen, because it was creating a huge hole in their revenue pocket. Nothing happened, it just made people more creatively smart to search for torrent and be safer whilst downloading a pirated copy of a movie. You can’t defeat something that you don’t understand. It is like waving around a huge sword in the air, trying to defeat the wind.

If we submit any documents details in such site a OTP will generate and it will go only that person who has aadhar and government or that particular site can track the age of user as simple as that
