I can't believe I'm actually sitting here at 2 in the morning watching the whole thing....

Love this, and no dialogue or background "music"! Relaxing to just sit, watch, relax and absorb! Almost as satisfying as owning one, but without the real world stresses and a lot less expensive! I think I'll have my box of macaroni & cheese now...... Thanks

Elmojadito1000 *I see where you are coming from, but this particular car, the current gt2, carrera gt, and 918 are meant to be Porsche enthusiasts' collectors items, like the 356, speedster or like the very limited series of street cars derived from the 1998 gt1 lemans car (which I had the honor to sit in its cockpit and turn on the engine, was awesome) or the narrow-body, air cooled engine, earlier versions of the 911 like the 930 series **_(selling right now for up to $2.5 million depending on car condition and who owns it)_** The current breed of Porsches like the ones in the lower echelons of the 991/991.2 series; despised by the purists in the Porsche realm due to their longer distances between axels, etc. are really more of a gt cruiser like the Mercedes SL and not the performance oriented street fighter the Gt3 is. Porsche 911s depreciate at a slower rate compared to other top notch cars **_(Aston Martin comes to mind)_** so there is an opportunity for those willing to daily drive a 911; but these one-off, wet dreams poster cars are more of a future investment.*

Why gold? Everything about this car and how it's made is awesome but I wish they did it in any other color. I would love to see this in red
@rip-ridah9017 жыл бұрын
Kal El Your wish has been granted. This car is all about customization for each individual owner. 20 colors are manufacturer "stock" which has a matching interior color design/scheme. About 200 other color variants are available, but you can't have exact matching interior. Don't quote me tho.

Sure man, robots are almost inevitable nowadays plus they have an important place in the production process, but I was stunned to see how much manual work is done to this model. Watching those proud employees giving life to this Porsche was very satisfying.

@johnkrols79746 жыл бұрын
Don't fool yourself! The only reason people are involved is because these are exclusive series productions and therefor having a robot to do the task is too expensive. But as soon as the investment of robots is less than having to pay people doing the job, these people are unemployed the same day.
