First, I would brush a slight layer in the colour of the sun/ BG at the car (at the end of the project, so car and BG are one layer). Then you can go to lightning effects- Parallel lightning- set the colour of the sun and the strength. [Or you brush a slight layer at the BG (colour of the light) and go to filling options- radation to the outside- set everything] I hope I was able to help you, it is hard to describe here but not that hard to make. And there are many ways, that´s just what I do and it works at my projects, haha. ;)

+William Morigi It's just timelapse Video... ;D But I can only answer for myself, yes I use a graphics tablet, that makes the selection more comfortable.
