I bought just the muffler and tips from a 957 gts and installed it myself on my 955 cayenne S.it went on straight forward without me having to do any modifications to fit onto my suv.ive had this setup for over a year now and I can never get enough of hearing my suvs exhaust note.it sounds almost identical to a stock 957 gts now.and that is the only performance mod I've done to the vehicle besides lowering it on bc racing coilovers.best mod I ever did and I got the exhaust from a rich doctor for only 80 dollars. He got his mufflers replaced because one of the exhaust butterfly valves was stuck open on sport mode.i checked it out when I got home and noticed that there was carbon build up blocking the butterfly valve from closing.i fixed that issue with some wd40 and a rubber mallet within 10 mins . Now I got a badass sounding cayenne and I can't stop driving around with all my windows down ,enjoying the sweet sound of that gts exhaust note

Bro this is the craziest exhaust I’ve heard for this car and I love the pops / crackles in them and this does exactly what I want! Pretty dope this exhaust system does it but not the others….how much did the exhaust cost you and do you think tuning the computer will give it a better sound ?

I own and drive one of these..... My exhaust on my 957 Turbo is completely stock standard. Does it still start at the raised RPM for 60 seconds when it's cold?

I’m currently having a 958 turbo, it does raise rpm for quite a long time during cold start (around 30 seconds); I think it’s pretty normal. However, I think I could be program through the Porsche factory computer.

@@Barryyuan Its a Porsche thing. 911 Turbo's do it too. It is a bit annoying when starting at 7am as I have to put up with the V8 exhaust gurgle for 1 minute. My old ML 420 CDI was much quieter then the Turbo on start up.

All them cayennes turbo raise the rpm in the firts seconds of the start

@@damiangherbali6958 Yeah it is quite an annoying feature. Oddly enough Lexus is220d's do the same thing on start up as Cayenne Turbo's.
