I would love to say yes but as I haven't driven one without and cant say for sure but the balance and traction out of corners, as always with an LSD, was superb.

The base model seems to have ample power.

My impressions were more torque needed for the ring. Ample power above 4500rpm but uphill corner exit in third more torque would pull the car out better and if buying again for trackdays I would pick the 3.4

For daily driving on public roads it's more than enough. You can lose your driving license in under 6 seconds 😉

I used to own a 2.7 981 with the manual gearbox, such a great car, but damn this long gearbox ratio... It would have been so much better with shorter gearing!

I just put a deposit on a 2013 2.7 boxtser with PSK and sport chrono , in GT silver, One Owner car low miles , I’m super excited to take delivery

@@scottsmith7337 I can only imagine open top sound. Used to have a del sol VTEC. The b16 in open air, sound bouncing off canyons and trees back into your ears. You did the right buy for 2nd car.

nice driving. How do you like PASM on track? Does it feel too soft or stiff enough?

It came into it's own on track and was extremely composed. For more agressive track driving you would want an aftermarket set up but would of course lose the compromise PASM providers you of better road compliance and enough stiffness for this type of driving. It felt very well suited to the ring. A smoother circuit with higher cornering speeds I can't comment on.
