Best restoration i have ever seen, i am currently restoring a 418, just wondering how you got a perfect flat finish on the castings like the gearbox and engine? mine are rough, also what make of paint did you use?, thanks

Thanks john i use 2K standofleet paint from standox But it´s not the paint what it makes so flat, it is the preparation. I spray each part separately First primer than primer fuller then sand until smooth sometimes five layers When it is smooth you can paint it It is a lot of work, but the result is beautiful It took two years for a complete restoration

The price is really dependent from how well its actualy been restored. I.E acuracy to the original and how well its mechanics work. But these traktors can cost 100k euro.
