I just bought a Buckingham large, think I can put a wood plug on the end to protect trees.

Fixed bollards rule, my Stein is super heavy by everyone prefers it over a port-a-wrap. Am thinking a about getting one of those FTC micro-Cylindre’s for when I do finesse rigging with the 3/8’s Stable braid.

Im trying to understand the advantages of the Medium Notch Portawrap. It has the same working load limit as the large version, in theory it has less control and rope selection than the large version. The only advantages of the medium version I see is it takes a little less space which really isn't a huge deal, and it's 3 pounds lighter. If I was packing a portawrap in checked luggage on a plane, maybe I would care. BOTTOM LINE: Being that the price of the large portawrap is $130, and the medium wrap is $125, I would by the larger wrap.

And that's why I walked right past the medium. I guess some guys just like to collect stuff.........more money than they really need LOL

@Melonated Peeples Oh interesting. I see the place for the medium. I've never imagined using a portawrap up in a tree, but seems like a good idea.

Thanks for the review, it was nice to see them side by side. It would be nice if you gave us the actual load limits for each. Be well

Have a compassion between medium and large Notch Portawraps in this video was helpful. Your website needs better pictures of both ads of medium and Large Notch Portawraps. The Large Portawrap just needs a photos of the device being held in hand like the Medium size portawrap ad did.
