The people of Portland and the whole of Jamaica are full of good vibes and know how to have a good time. They welcome tourists and enjoy people taking an interest in the culture. The food is great and most amenities are cheap with the current exchange rate and the value of the Jamaican dollar. There are many things to do and see with something for every one.

Porty is a nice place, I would like to go back. I'm not from Jamaica but I used to visit Kingston quite a bit... Porty is mellow.

The singer is a man from the local community giving us a taste of the so-called Gospel vibes. His identity is unknown.

@d33z3d Glad you liked the place but, " Too many Chinese guys"? That's not irie. The Chinese, Indian, Syrian, White and African are all part of Jamaican culture & heritage now. We have many Phillipinos, Spanish, Italian and other nations living here full time now. The World is changing for the better...
