Most of isp in india provide internet which is behind nat or CGNAT means you are sharing your ip with others in your neighbourhood so it becomes impossible to do port Forwarding

In my case it works only on same lan with http server iis port 80 on same lan with public ip(jio isp) My wan ip (wify setting/internet status) n public ip are different. Accessing iis http server (isp jio) from different isp(airtel) through public ip doesn't work if I know d public ip of isp jio. Ur video shows only on d same wify connection same isp n not on different isp
