@@simbennett3707they could have, but the three bedrooms are so big, you could create a social space on top of, if that’s your concern. It was adequate. The 2 bedrooms have a bigger back yard because they are on the same landsize as 3br

clearly backyard is no longer a thing in these housing developments. If you look at scheme houses built in the last 10-15 years, the space has gotten less and less. And the buyers don't seem to have a problem. Personally if you not gonna give me space at the back give me an extra room that I can turn into a home office or a gym or something@@simbennett3707

This is a beautiful home. I remember watching a home review by the Delpratt family and it was somewhere in St Ann or Mandeville and the home was for $26 mil and was as small as the Phoenix park homes with the same boring lay out. This is immaculate.

Having watched this video was a treat but going in to have a first hand view of house swept me away. Every single space gave me a wow and another WOW. l was there wondering if l tasted a little heaven here on earth. The wash Area is exceptional, and the storages, oh wow, this home is IRRESISTIBLE. I love the space outside and the privacy of the retaining wall. My overall assessment of the experience sums it up in one word "IMMACULATE " WELL DONE! 👍 to the developers!!

Nice execution on this house! I’ve seen many on KZbin and this one was thought out properly. Only things I don’t like is jamaican builders never compensate for a free standing tub and seperate shower. Other than that very nice !

Top service 100% satisfying video clean shots I have 2 small problem thou the walking closet a bit too cluster and the master bathroom need a hot tub in this time and days we need to stop doing such a nice development without a hot tub we all need to relax after a hard day at work but apart from that it is lovely ...I hope they try to fit in a hot tub in the other units that would be lovely
