Hello i just bought this printer but i camnot print the printer i dont whats the reason but when i press the print button it is always loading..

Turn off your mobile bluetooth first if it already paired just unpair it first than try to turn on bluetooth from your mini printer and connect directly from application without connecting from mobile bluetooth settings turn on bluetooth location all permission needed for bluetooth connect and try again to print if still problem than you need a replacement or repair possible fault driver motor
