Portable Ops Logging with VK port-a-log

In this video I walk through the installation and a few of the settings in VK port-a-log before I start logging my contacts. While I am a paper log guy, I know there will be times when I'll need to log contacts with my cell phone. So I started the search for the logging software that works best for me. I started this Fall by trying HamLog NG on Lake Mountain, a SOTA activation. HamLog is great for the shack and very easy to use, but lacks some functionality I would like for a portable ops expedition. So come along on this Summits on the Air activation of Summit Mountain, where I put VK Port-A-Log to the test.
