The thread is frequently coming out of the tensioner, what to do? Can we take it as a loop through the tensioner? Found the solution. Once you open the tensioner completely you can see that in addition to the central pivot onto which the washers are passed, there is another small eccentric knob with corresponding holes on the washers. Probably it is meant to prevent washers from rotating while tensioning. Pass the thread between the central pivot and the eccentric small knob. Now the thread won't come out from the tensioner.
