You can access all rooms and talk just fine with just the scu19 . The only difference is you don’t send an analog signal. 95% are digital anyway. I never could get the pigtail to work correctly and happen to come access a video by ghost rider on KZbin and he shows it working without the audio cables. Try it once you will love not having the extra cables hanging around. I use a windows tablet with my iPhone as the internet link when I travel and less cables while driving is always a good thing. 73

Kevin, having this same issue, in direct HRI mode I can’t get any audio in any rooms but my radio light does come on. I’ve tried many combinations in Windows for speaker and microphone settings. Still no luck. What is your diagnosis? In Direct NODE I push the PTT and I am transmitting I can't get any sound back. I purchased a usb SABRENT to hopefully fix the issue...doesn't work. Works great in the mode you show!!! THANKS!!!
