Grounds are just way too fine

I ran the same grind size on another bottomless and it was fine, turns out the ears are rounded at the edges. So I think that might be why.

If you ran the same grind size on another bottomless with the same dosing and it was fine, then you should throw away this basket for good!!

For sure ! I even used some pre ground coffee and it did the same thing. It’s sad because I looks like I part of the metal chip off on the ear. I just got it from Amazon so I am setting up a return.

If you don't have liquid coming through in a few seconds then you're ground way too fine and just asking for a fail. When a shot chokes don't keep pushing it; Just stop, coursen the grind and try again or you're asking for trouble.
