Why does P-Body look at the floor all weird in-between courses?

in singleplayer, the level won't end until glados/wheatley/announcer stops talking, and it only checks for this every couple of seconds, so they wait at the elevator until specific moments, so that the level transition happens as soon as they're done talking. I don't know for sure, but it looks like a similar thing is happening here.

This run uses SAR (available here: github.com/p2sr/SourceAutoRecord/releases ). With that installed we just use sar_ihud 3 and it'll show keypresses.
