"I'm different" and "An Accent Beyond" have the same melodies. "I'm different" is slower and has like a painful sound to it which is fitting for the test chamber in which you kill all these turrets and "An Accent Beyond" is a lot faster 'cause you know, it's a chasing track.

I love the use of "You will be perfect" at 2:47. Not only does it make this already good remix even better, but also fits in the canon, considering that music was made for the coop trailer, where the robots used for the said mode are the ones Wheatley finds and inspires him to kill you.

Reconstructing more science also is a bit slower and has more noise and sounds in my opinion way sadder, and its faiding out at the end in a really nice way.

Well, as the name would suggest, this is the part where he kills you. xD Well kinda. I'm not sure how much of the game you've played, so I'll give you a quick run up of what's happened so far. ***(Spoiler Alert for those who haven't played.)*** So Chell wakes up, and finds herself still in aperture in a cruddy looking motel style room that has a lot of degradation. We meet Wheatley, who inadvertently crashes said room into the O.G testing track. He instructs us to go get the portal gun, but the floor ends up falling beneath us, and he decides to meet up in a later test chamber (assuming we can find him.) *"I'll wait 1 hour, and assuming I can locate your dead body, I'll bury you."* (Wheatley) We finally do meet up with him, and we take him near where the "escape pod" is, and instead he wakes up GLaDOS, who crushes him(not completely though) and decides to start testing Chell again. We get hints of him telling us that we're going to escape soon after a few chambers of testing, Relieving our worry that GLaDOS had killed him. *"Just hang in there for five more - What? Jerry, you can't fire me for that! Yes, JERRY -- OR, maybe your prejudiced worksite should have accommodated a nanobot of my size. Thanks for the hate crime, Jer! See you in court, mate. Anyway, look, just hang in there for five more chambers."* (Wheatley) Wheatley breaks us out of the testing track and sets us on a plan to replace the turrets and neurotoxin. We confront GLaDOS again, and realize that we can potentially replace her in power with Wheatley. *"No, you should plug that little idiot into the mainframe!"* (Wheatley) Despite GLaDOS' warning, you press the button, Wheatley is in power..... and then he betrays you, and turns GLaDOS into a potato. You fall down a very large pit into the bottom of old aperture where you learn about Cave Johnson, and GLaDOS' origins. (And Stick GLaDOS on your portal gun) *"Science isn't about WHY it's about WHY NOT? Why is our Science So dangerous? Why Not Marry Safe Science if you love it so much? In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the button the way out BECAUSE YOU ARE FIRED!"* (Cave) Eventually you work your way back up to modern day aperture and many things are in ruins. And Wheatley puts you through a new variation of GLaDOS' tests. *"Yes you 'solved' it, but I'm wondering if there are many ways to solve them and you're picking all the worst ways."* (Wheatley) This is until he decides that he ultimately has no use for you anymore and we get to here. *"Hello! This is the part where I kill you."* (Wheatley) The rest of the game is escaping from Wheatley's brilliant (idiotic) traps until you get to the boss battle to remove him from power once and for all. *"Ha! Was that your bullet-riddled body, flying out of the room? It was- aww, those were the crap turrets, weren't they? Yeah..."* (Wheatley) (Sorry that was so long. Portal 2 is such a great game, it's really hard to summarize in a paragraph.)

After I made the comment and listened to the music (which I love - especially the ending credits song from Portals 1 and 2) I found some walkthroughs without player comment here on yt. I became amazed at the skill of the players. I have not played it myself as I don't play video games on pc and I doubt that I would find GLaDOS as amusing if I were the one being taunted. You mentioned that Wheatley - brilliant Stephen Merchant - 'turns' her into a potato. Isn't her core attached to a potato found at one of the children's science projects from Bring Your Daughter To Work Day or did I miss something? For all we know Aperture has stores of food, or maybe it came from Chell's potato project (the one growing into the ceiling in the Bring Your Daughter to Work Day scene). Either way, it was just a normal potato that Wheatley forced some nanobots to turn into a battery to store (some of) GLaDOS's consciousness in.
