no pressure but try making seamless portals. just get the posistion relative to the portal ur touch tp a clone to the other portal but plus the offset and when the objects x is bigger than the portal(depends on orientation just get a few ifs) teleport the object to the clones location. also if you can do the math get relative velocities. il link a demo in a few minutes
