6:58 Tom, non-euclidean architecture is just architecture that isn't on a flat plane. Literally all architecture ever created is technically relatively non-euclidean since it's all built on a sphere (Earth). Just because Lovecraft liked to say shit isn't euclidean doesn't mean it defies the laws of space somehow especially given that he was alive in the early 1900s and specifically stated in historical accounts that he sucked at math and geometry.

The game reminds me of this one puzzle game I played once, called Perspective, where solutions to the puzzle were dependent on which angle you were viewing the whole map.

I appreciate that this game decided to go with a very calming atmosphere, but I can't shake the feeling that this whole thing is going to descend into a Lovecraftian nightmare. If these developers ever make a horror game using this technology, it would be deeply unsettling.

Hey Tom, fun fact for tabs that I learnt just now, if you give the Davinchi Tank enough cheer leaders then it gets the tornado effect just like the mace spinner~ It's really cool~ And it's a lot bigger than the mace spinner's tornado.

I love how these games scare me to not look away. The non euclidean feature in games always scares the bajeebies out of me. But it's just such a good mechanic. programming the object resizing and popping down with perspective is not that hard, I did it by mistake once while coding a small game. The hard part is the doors you can walk trough and make it smooth, specially if they are doing it like portal 2, fun fact, all doors in portal 2 are portals. I can sence Valve wanting to get the devs of this in for a vr game
