PortAventura World

In this video, all of the available attractions at PortAventura are shown, including some on-ride footage to show what a couple of the roller coasters are like. There's no doubt in my opinion that this is one of the best theme parks you can possibly visit in Europe and even the world!
The soundtracks used are all owned and played across the park itself, most noticeably around the entrance, Shambhala and Furius Baco.
(Apologies for some flare and focus issues with the camera, as this was all shot on my phone. Also, I've had to reduce the quality of the video due to upload size issues.)
Oh, and by the way, Shambhala is without a doubt the best coaster you can ever ride!

PORTAVENTURA!!!! Best place on earth!! Haha my family has been going there since the very first day it opened . I've been there 3 times myself and definitely want to go back!! great video! I was last there in 2015 , the rides,shows and fire work show at night was amazing! . Hope I can go back there this year for my 18th birthday!;)

me and my son went there september this year, it was fantastic! (appart from the ques) shambhala was our favorite. loved it. going back next year. we had 3 day ticket to portaventura and we found it lot better to go there about 3pm, rather than in morning when it opens. the ques are much shorter.

yeah great video that shows most of the park .. i guess everyone has their best experiences of the place ... the final show is one of the best for me though hard to capture at night, the express pass is ok ... but if you watch the queue signs .. you can get on most things and remember spanish people have a siesta (and everyone else needs to get out to get dinner) so it does get quieter at certain times of the day ... also make sure you get a UV stamp on the way out .. we got into problems getting back in on our first day :-)

Listen up guys, if you are going to PortAventura, omg please get the express pass!!! It allows you to skip all the queues for only €46 extra per person and it is totally worth it because almost all of the queues for the rides are painfully long, mostly up to 1, 2 and even 3 hours!! The express pass let's you skip all of these long queues!! So instead of waiting 3 hours for a ride, it's 10 or 15 minutes! 🎉

Wow. Nice shooting! Frame compositions and camera movements are for the most part really great. I just wish you used more professional camera with an image stabilization and nicer color representation. I'd realy like to see some more videos of yours like this one.

Thanks. When I was there I didn't have my real camera with me as I forgot to bring it with me. So instead, I had to use my phone's camera as a backup to record all this footage, hence the flare and stability issues in some of the shots. Also, I had to compress this video to just 720p as the original file uncompressed and in 1080p was around 26GB, which would've taken too long to upload to KZbin. I will however try to make another one of when I visit Alton Towers next month, so stay tuned!

No matter what time of the day, Furius Baco will have the longest queue out of all the rides in the park. My suggestion is to either get it done first as soon as the park gates open or leave it later in the afternoon/evening time. It's average time during August for me was around 90 minutes to 2 hours. Dragon Khan was around 40 minutes during the whole day and Shambhala was just under an hour as well. If you go on Sunday, the park should be pretty quiet and all these times will be halved.

How big are the queues in the beginning of July here? Going on a school trip here and only have a day to get round everything and would like to know how long the wait is for Shambhala and Furious Baco and Dragon Khan ECt.

Crikey, just one day? If that's so, go straight to where Shambhala and Dragon Khan are first. Every day I visited, the back area of the park is usually pretty quiet between 10-11:30AM and the maximum I queued was about 30 minutes for Dragon Khan. Personally, I recommend doing Shambhala over Khan first and foremost, since the ride is awesome and Khan can be a little rough on your head! Unfortanately, Furius Baco will have the biggest queue all day at probably nearly 2 hours, as the queue is very slow at moving and it’s literally next to the entrance. I’d recommend doing it as late as you can in the day (late afternoon), as that will be the quietest time of the day. Brace yourself for it though, because as you might have seen in my video, it can be very rough and bumpy! The water rides such as Tutuki Splash and Silver River Flume can be quite large too, at around and hour each all day every day. Other than that, the rest of the other rides including some major ones like Stampida and Hurakan Condor are between 10-30 minutes each. Have a great time and don't forget to try a couple of the shows, as they're also very good! The bubble show in China was very good from memory!

If you'd like to go for the extreme, Shambhala cannot be beaten by anything else at the park. It's insanely fun and smooth with lots of airtime! Tomohawk and Stampida are good too, but can be quite jerky. Hurakan Condor is quite frightening the first time as its so tall, but that's what makes it fun. Lastly, Dragon Khan is great too; quite similar to Nemesis in terms of intensity. The only ride I'd have doubts trying is Furius Baco, unless you want to experience the roughest ride in your life. Still worth a go though, if only for the great launch it has!

It depends ! During the day u can be waiting a while especially for the bigger rides but it is open until midnight and there is hardly any queues at night ! If u are staying in a nearby hotel then u can get there earlier in the morning when there is no queues! Hope this helped xx
