I have this same gun. FC350 type 2. Mine started to leak out the exhaust. I could push the drive pin back up and it would work for a bit. But would do it again, then just did not work but still leaking air out the exhaust. I tore it down and the funny thing is that the upper bumper is just gone. I found maybe 3 small pieces about the size of two pieces of rice inside. That was it. the metal ring that goes around it was there, the spring ect but no bumper.

The Hitachi framing nailer bump stop is about 10% of the cost of the PC. Guess what brand I am buying next?

Sorry for the delayed reply, I have not had that issue but as with most of these tools, it's an O-ring or gasket issue
