Sad machine was a song I discovered when i was in late sophomore early junior year. I listened to it many times over, I never thought of it really being sad or anything like that. That was 5 years ago now. I don’t know if nostalgia could ever be put more into a track than sad machine, but they nailed. This brings me back when things were easier, when trees were big and emerald green, when the sun didn’t hurt. It always brings me back, even for just the moment. It’s a kind of addiction that nobody seems to know but everyone understands eventually. Thanks for this, I really appreciated this.

This mix tells a story, in my mind. The intro all the way to the Song of Storms introduces a meeting between two people, and their blooming relationship and trust. Once the Song of Storms begins at 6:25, conflict is introduced and builds up to the sudden silence at 7:45. Here, a solution to the conflict is realized, but it will be sudden, dramatic, and cone at a great cost. It's only at 8:48 that one person realizes the gravity of this change and openly weeps, wishing for things to be the way they used to be. Well done, good youtuber. Well. Done.
