I absolutely adore Y'shtola, and this song. The title combined with the image of her looking at the sky reminds me of (FF14 Shadow brings spoilers ahead) the heartfelt moment of her and Urianger looking at the night sky in Shadowbringers.

It's Y'Shtola from FFXIV. It's a hair extension not a earring.
