I think this fight prepared Ugas for Pacquaio. Because Pacquaio`s style is similar to Porter. The biggest difference is that Pacquaio is a south paw and he was not moving around the ring. Ugas was using a lot of upper body movement to slip Pacquaio`s flurries, but in this fight he was not doing that. Also he was using backward movement more in the Pacquaio fight. Plus Ugas was throwing more varied punches.

He wants you to commit, so that he can catch you off balance, and deliver a cheat body blow, he fights on his back foot. He looks more dominant because he's the bigger fighter, he makes expressions as a defense mechanism, to dismiss Porters credit. Everytime he gives the impression Porter didn't phase him, it's only giving indication Porter delivered a good shot! He's a great fighter but can be a lot better if he didn't have his head up his ass! The crowd didn't help either, they couldn't be more bias! You have to break Porter to win, not try to embarrass him and sway the crowd with your antics! He didn't definitively do enough to win!
