Very nice bass, but of course the whole sequence was amazing!

Start this track at 7:32. When I got this album, I always used to skip this song because I hated the beginning. When I was listening to it one night half asleep and this totally other song started after 30 seconds of silence, I was totally blown. Still my favorite.

So you're basically telling me that I didn't pick this up at a record store in Alton, IL in '97?

Contrary to previous comments. This very rare track was never on an "album?" Was only released on the Australian import of Numb and pretty rare.

Some of DJ Cam's stuff is similar (try Underground Vibes) and DJ Shadow (Endtroducing). But portishead are unique - and they can't be beaten for this particular genre : )
