unitl we PDX residents get our eladers to acknowledge we have a drug problem than we r pissing into the wind and wasting money. We r being taken advantage of. I am all about helping those in need but not helping drug addicts continue to spiral and pillage those around them . This is a personal fight for Dany Ryan. His brother was a POS, he had lots of support and avenues avilable to him. I know this personally. People of PDX are waking up, Its gonan change . Hang in there

Too little too late. This "ban" will do nothing to solve this problem that is not of Portland's making. As long as most of the homeless population, in this city, refuse to stop using drugs and alcohol, this problem is not going away anytime soon.
