Portland Streetcar Shuttle w/ Tri-Met 1990 Gillig Phantom

Due to some maintenance issues with a later section of track on the line, Portland TriMet Gillig Phantom #1614 was used to shuttle between the Aerial Tram stop and the temporary last stop of the streetcar line. In the midst of this was Cirque Du Soleil traffic

@PortlandsTransport - I am not sure if this is the same section, but when I met you back in May 2009, my friends and I found a shuttle operating on part of the Portland Streetcar line at that time as well.
