Acredita que o predio mais alto da cidade tem só 107 metros e foi construído em 1940. Nao entendo esse horror a arranha céus que o porto-alegrense tem.

@@williamstock1179 O plano diretor da cidade não permite edifícios altos. Agora recentemente o prefeito Melo alterou o plano em duas áreas da cidade. No centro histórico e no 4º Distrito. Vai poder até 300m nestas áreas.

a cidade bonita, os predios todos boninhos, as ruas arborizadas e padronizadas, ai chega o centro e é uma aberração, por mim poderia destruir o centro completamente (deixando apenas os predios históricos) e contriur do zero, seria lindo ver uma implosão em massa daquelas coisas que chamam de predios do centro! PS: eu sei que nem todos os bairros de Poa são um petropolis ou três figueiras da vida como mostras o video, mas em teoria todos os bairros residencias de Porto Alegre deveriam ter a mesma base, duvido que caso o bairro bom jesus se desenvolvesse não iria parecer sei lá um jardim do salso, que é um bairro vizinho mais desenvolvido, que por sua vez se parece com outros bairros residencias desenvolvidos de Porto Alegre.
