You can even see his new house (though he still doesn´t live there). Min. 3:30, bottom right, house with the stairs going down to the water. He could literally swim to his boat from home.

@@MrMatek20 It seems he goes there sometimes but hasn´t remodelled the house yet. In January he gave an interview to CBS "60 minutes" with Jon Wertheim and they visited the plot; Nadal said something like "given that there´s nobody here kids during summer jump to the water from there (a small promontory) and walk through the property to go back".
