Right so if you look at the big open shot of the square - there is a yellow building above the cafe which has four floors instead of three. That, place has a really good AirBNB and we stayed there. Best part about it is that in every artwork of portofino, you can see the apartment we stayed in.

Very nicely done! Hope you don't mind one small correction - the castle at the top is not the Castle of St. George (but you are correct about the church - that is the Chiesetta di San Giorgio). The castle at the top is called Castello Brown. :-) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castello_Brown
