long time me sound se khud bhi irritation hone lagta hai, so in my opinion red are just good for coding, but aap brown bhi try kar sakte ho agar thoda clicky keys pasand hai.

The same thing happened to me also. You should insert the cable into the type c port fully. You will feel it is inserted fully because of the plastic near the type c port, but it will go further inside if you push it harder. The keyboard will work in wired mode only if it is inserted completely. Charging and lighting will work even if the cable is partially inserted, but wired typing won't. I also searched everywhere thinking my keyboard is faulty until I dared to push it inside harder and it worked.
