People are not stupid, people are tired of the heads of companies, the CEO's & Board making billions while those who do the work, make very little. People are right too about A.I. and automation, I'm honestly not sure how we can solve this problem, the greedy at the top are not going to listen they don't care. That's why people go on strike, we had to do it at Star bucks and even then individuals didn't get to see their raise until five months or more later, or some were fired before they even saw it. Big Company heads don't care unless you take action. It's sad.

CEOs are responsible for the company's financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic management. They make major decisions, set goals, and lead the management team. CEOs also oversee the company's various functions, including finance, marketing, sales, human resources, legal, compliance, and IT.

Why would easily replaced workers pay move as profits do? Workers get paid to do a job. They aren't connected to the success or decisions of a company. Management is. Workers work. The only purpose for Workers wanting a company to succeed is for a pension. That's it. China went fully automated. If you don't like being a worker, start a business

Evergreen Marine, the company that gave employees the bonus, is actually based in Taiwan, not France. There's no credible report of a CEO taking a $4 billion bonus. Also, no shipping company earns more than Amazon. For context, MSC made $91.7 billion in 2023, while Amazon's revenue was $574.79 billion-nowhere near 3x. Why does DN keep interviewing people with such misinformation?
@sgrace68132 ай бұрын
Do you have links or sources I can look at?
@radioactivewifi2 ай бұрын
@@grey4509 The NY Post has an article about Evergreen Marine's bonuses dated Mar 20, 2023. If you check their website, you'll see that the company is based in Taiwan and was founded by Dr. Yung-Fa Chang in Taipei, Taiwan on September 1, 1968. While I can't definitively disprove the claim about the CEO taking a $4 billion bonus, I also couldn't find any other credible sources to support it. As for comparing Amazon’s earnings to MSC, both companies are publicly traded, so you can easily access their financial reports for a clearer picture.
