Portsdown hill Ep 2: AREA 51

Weve mapped out some locations to explore Portsdown hill in detail. On the hunt for old fuel depot's and hidden bunkers, today we found a classified area!

I got mixed up with Porton Down in Wiltshire. It's in use so can't be explored. There used be something on the hill ,not the poor goats but another facility that was once top secret. It seems to be part demolished now. Take care. Happy exploring .Blessed Be x x

Those pipes with the wooden frames round them are boreholes. They're not physically connected to the fuel bunkers but surround it so they can test occasionally to see if there's any pollution in the surrounding hillside. I was up there last year when they were doing them and had a good chat with two blokes doing it.

I used to go down the Cane Hill tunnels in Coulsdon in my teens, you should check them out there's loads of footage on here.It was a deep shelter that I don't think was ever used.

Oh My! Whenever there is so much outside exhaust/ventilation, there are deep tunnels. Wish you could’ve explored them! Wonder what they were used for That large berm was so suspect! Makes you wonder.. So many tunnels all over the world! So fun to see you & Ned doing an explore together!

hi in this video you are investigating the old bowser site. this was the location of three 125,000 ltre cathederal bowsers holding diesel, water and something else, these feed three 8" - 10" pipes that run all the way to the dockyard and the needles on IOW the pipes are housed most of the way in a tunnel. installed for WW2 to ensure we could still fuel ships and subs even if the dockyard was hit by the germans and this network was only de classified from top secret to secret in the late 80's.
