I was also planning to move from Pakistan in the same manner as in entering on a visit visa and then submitting an expression of interest but I will still explore other options. 01- If you can share the of president decree, what he exactly signed the law. 02- Secondly, the website is closed not the immigration, that means whenever the website will be open you will know the exact status of Article 88 and 89 then and i am sure you will let us know whenever it will available to you. 03- Last, still people can travel to Portugal and can apply D series visa as you said. can you make one video explaining the D types visas and their requirement as your way of explanation and requirements are not like the agent explains in their video and you follow the exact expenses which incur in the process.

1- You can find the Decree online. 2- The website is working now but no one can apply 89/88 file. 3- D2 visa video is already scheduled and it will be publicly available on 9th or 10th June and I will make other as well 4- Thanks for the wording
