Yes, attempted mine in 2022 the only bottleneck then was the verification process for HND certificate holders. NBTE stopped manual process of verification as it used to and asking HND holders to approach their Polytechnics for a QR which will enable the verification process easy but most schools had not implemented the QR ish on Certificates as at then and it became an issue. For verifying PGD is quite easy as the NUC still uses the manual verification process.
