Sagres is amazing, Vila do Bispo have the best Perceves of the world, call the nails of the sea, taste like u eat the sea itself.

My family is from the Algarve although I grew up in Australia. My mother would make that baby squid dish when I was little and it was my absolute favourite dish as a child. The smell is incredible and very hard to explain because there’s nothing like it. It has this deep flavour from some of the ink from the squid I think.

The fortress drone reveal… WOW!! While watching this I was starving / cooking dinner & totally frothing at the mouth at your meals! I think Samantha had half the wine bottle poured into her glass 👌!
