It´s very nice to see you as a japanese person visiting my home city. I hope you had a very nice time in Lisbon and you had discovered a lot of the hidden gems from the city. Cheers from Germany.

It is strange that I, as a Portuguese living abroad, got recommended this video. Seeing my country from the eyes of someone from so far away made me appreciate my home country. Thank you for visiting and for enjoying my country. If you ever come to Estonia, I am happy to give you some recommendations.

Portugal and Japan share a long, long history... good or bad, we go way back. Hope you had a great time, shame you didn't get better weather on Cabo da Roca...
I don't know why KZbin pointed me to your channel 😁 because everything is in Japanese, I have also put the translator in English. Very interesting to see a journey through the eyes of a culture other than the Japanese one.

Hope you liked your visit to Portugal. You're supposed to eat good to burn all those calories by walking in Lisbon. As you wondered, portuguese people in history sailed to discover the world, and traded some words with the japanese, arigato indeed comes from obrigado, another word is pan that comes from pão (bread). Sintra is usually foggy because it created its own micro-climate by being so close to the ocean and being the tip of Europe, it has a lot of stories from that. The weather may be cold but the people are nice. And yes we love our pastel de nata (egg tart).
I love your video ❤ Portugal is one of the countries in Europe with the best seafood. If you haven’t tried some local food, e.g. the grilled octopus, called Polvo à Lagareiro in Portuguese and Portuguese seafood rice (Arroz de Marisco), I’d highly recommend to give it a try, these are super tasty and not to be found outside of Portugal 😊
Welcome to Portugal! OLá. Hope you had a great time here in Europe. Life is very different here.

As a portuguese person I would like to thank you for the great video! Although i could only fully understand 70% of what was said I found your perspective on Portuguese culture architecture and history very interesting! It was sad to see that Cabo da Roca was so foggy as when it's clear it's like you are looking at the "end of lthe earth". It was nice and cute to see the atempt at prounouncing "Alameda" wich was almost perfect! When you say "me" after the "la" it's said like "目" for eye! I'm sorry as i'm not able to write in Japanese since forming phrases is still complicated for me. Once again thank you for the great video on our little country in the corner of Europe!
So, did you like Portugal/ Lsiboa ? There's Algarve in the South, nice beaches and places to stay for a while, to relax. I always go to Algarve, to spend some relaxing days in the beach.
