Porygon's performance in gen3 ZU is so legendary GameFreak made a new version of Porygon to commemerate it. PorygonZU debuted in gen4, however due to a programming error the "U" never displayed ingame

Opponent here, it was a super fun game. Watching back and hearing your comentary really helped too. Notes i had On rewatch i realized how huge that full health staryu sac was early on The official turning point was when i hit HP grass instead of sleep powder on ponyta. That and your graveler coming in between ice beams were the biggest plays I was intentionally trying to run you out of ice beams so i could have a safe entry with gravler (like you did). I was also intentionally pivoting it in to get enough chip for one last sub against para'd team I used to have focus punch on elekid but may put it back on over ice punch, so that i have another out against porygon on the team I genuinely thought that i had lost around turn 24, it just took a lot of porygon spam to get there Tl;dr its porygon's world

SubPunch Drowzee lonely with 120 attack investment and 176 spdef is a really great porygon answer. Porygons attacks cant break sub and focus punch does over 50% guaranteed

Also been playing around with overwhelming sun offense using fire and grass types, only takes 2 solarbeams or sun boosted fireblasts to crack porygon

hey jim, why not ditch sub on the drowzee for protect? it goes well with lefties and would make chip healing a lot easier, drowzee's not exactly generating a lot of momentum if it subs anyway
