Totally agree if your talking that open air place that specialize in pancakes. But that restaurant in the posada makes some mean breakfasts as well.

In my 4 visits at Puerto Vallarta...the last 3 times....I stayed here!It is worth coming back because of their value for money.Quiet place, safe, friendly staff, comfortable bed, great condition of ACU, wifi is for free and the signal is not that bad and accessible to all!Pay less for a more value hotel!🙂❤

I stayed in Posada de Roger hotel a number of times about thirty years ago....it was charming, cozy, comfortable and very affordable then....I visited it last year, and of course they have done many improvements, and its still charming.......but covid must be affecting their prices, as the rooms were going for about a $100(CAN) a night, last year(to be fair, it was Dias des Los Muertos week)......Still for someone wanting budget accommodation, Posada de Roger's location in "olde towne" or the "Zona Romantica" can't be beat......Still hoping I can visit PV in January or February...It would be my ninth visit....It's my favourite place to holiday!....C'mon Covid vaccine!!!........
