Sir, according to rule number 2, adverbs are used after intransitive verb. Go is an intransitive verb and we put adverb before it. For example, we usually go to our native place. Here usually is an adverb and it is used before go.

This is exception and a specific case where the adverb "only" emphasis pronoun "i". Not modify it , rather it give importance, whereas, modifying a word through adverb mean giving more information and meaning about the word that is being modified by adverb or adjective. Hope you got it

In question no.2 you have written "they are used to working. ....".after correction you wrote "they are used to work. ..." sir the latter one is wrong. Here "used to " is used as modal auxiliary verb. So you have to be clear yourself on parsing of a sentence. Teaching is not an easy task. I think, before teaching, one should be clear oneself on the subject on which one wants to teach.
