This meditation popped up in my darkest time ever, i live in a very toxic family environment where two members a mother and a sister are very harmful, negative, and degrading to my inner peace. I live in a culture where I cannot move out. I am now starting to listen to this imagining a white halo of protective light around me. It’s been a while since I watched your videos. I finally started seeing a therapist for about 2 months and it has changed me so much, just talking to a professional can do so much and it’s thanks to you. I had to stop for a few weeks because of financial problems but my daughter has started school for the first time and I have so much free time now and cannot believe how much stress I put myself in just to be a good mother and dedicating so much time to my daughter and I forgot myself. I finally decided to catch up on your videos and am watching this now and am so thankful to you for giving me/us content to feel better in life. I don’t feel lonely anymore whether I’m with my daughter or without her, I am doing what I can to make myself be better so when my daughter is home with me I will keep being the best me for her! Was going through an anxiety attack while at my desk. So I googled positive affirmations, and I was drawn to this video... the visuals, the calm and uplifting voice, along with the tranquil melody in the background, helped calm me tremendously, and I feel so much better. I also don't mind you repeating the affirmations because sometimes, my mind will quickly try to rationalize why I should feel otherwise and refuse to accept the first time around.
