Nia, Pile 1 was loaded with lots of important messages but I think the ones that stood out the most was the healing I've been praying for. I have autoimmune disease, allergies, anemia and others. Yesterday I was also wondering about my 3 lower chakras as I've been told that they've been blocked for so long. Meditation is not easy for me so it's hard to heal these chakras. I've been through major abuse as a child and I understand that these chakras are related to my trauma. Also I've been trying to understand kundalini for years and I honestly don't even when I follow some spiritual teachers. Just got it painted literally today and ordered a new bedroom set.
