How do you stay positive when your environment isn’t? I’m disabled and reliant on my parents who constantly remind me I’m no good. I’ve been trying to change my life for years, but the pain gets worse, my circumstances get worse. A few years ago I was still optimistic to no avail. It gets harder and harder to maintain a positive mindset. If I try to get answers, I just get people blaming me for my own circumstances, even though I was born into them. It makes it hard to keep faith when people start blaming children.
