I also faced these issues..I conduct baking class .. one student purposely takes video and circulates to everyone post in her social media profile without my knowledge.. one best solution I could suggest is for every enrollment make them sign NDA (non disclosure agreement) have a policy and allow them to join only if they adhere to those policies so you can legally tackle these idiots
