Welcome back! The delay allowed me to notice that I completely missed the physical release of this game by almost a month! I picked it up around a week ago and by now have progressed past the current point of the LP. But please keep sticking to your own pace, so it keeps being an entertaining project for everyone! 7:50 So far, I may have been using items even less often than you do, but with all the different healing skills (and especially the Moonshield to negate one hit for each party member), it's rarely necessary. The most common reason to use an item is to make room for a better one found along the way. For that matter, I have done little cooking up to this point, except after getting a strictly better recipe to revive characters from KO. 14:10 Let's just say, you managed to get a bit of the good old "Water Temple" feeling even from a pretty straight forward incarnation of a water temple. ;-)

Dang water temple haunting me forever! :P I do appreciate that campfires tend to be regular enough that I feel like I *can* save food for emergencies, even if I'm a bit stingy with it
